Does cell hut exist anymore? I placed an order. My credit card was never charged. I emailed and called cell hut nine times and received no reply.

Non-existent customer service

I placed an order for a cellphone from cellhut.com, and shortly thereafter received an order acknowledgement via email. After no change in the status of the order for a week (checking my order status online), nor any communication from the company, I spent a few days emailing and leaving phone messages for customer service asking for an update on the order. I received no response from any of these requests. In fact, there is no way for the consumer to know whether or not this company is still in business, given their incredible lack of action. I have just cancelled the order. I am taking my business elsewhere. You should, too.

Very bad service, still waiting for promised User Manual...

Back in September 2012, I ordered a Nokia cellphone from their website, where they promise a User Manual is included. It was not! I asked for it in three emails, which were never replied to! In October 2012 I sent them a letter by snail mail explaining my dissatisfaction and asked again for the promised User Manual; I never received a reply! Customer communication erratic and not reliable. The word 'customer service" they have never heard of! Would never do any business with CellHut again!!! So I want to add my comments to other complaints about CellHut! They don't deserve our business!

Poor customer services from Cellhut.com

I placed an order on May 29 and untill today,June 7, my item is still "In progress" when I check by their Order status tool. Belive it or not? After 11 days, my order is not shipped yet. However, they already charged my credit card. I had phoned thier Customer service phone # but there was nobody answering the phone. I phoned in the morning and in the evening, then the next day. Still no one picked up the phone. So I emailed them, no reply seen so far. I never shop thier store ever again. I regret that I had placed my order at Cellhut.com I MADE A *** MISTAKE TO SHOP at CELLHUT.COM

NO PHONE/NO REFUND...Where's My Money!!!

Purchased a mobile on cellhut's website (paid with credit card), but never received the cellphone. They sent me several e-mails saying stating is was on back-order, until I requested my money refunded, but I never got my money. Cellhut "MUST" not be trusted or deal with in anyones lifetime, becasue they are only going to take your money, and feed you a lot of bull about not having your phone in-stock. Spread the word and don't let them *** anybody else. Why hasn't the BBB done something about these crooks!!! May tey burn in ***!!!
